In the world we live in, Faith has been a word loosely spoken of, with no objective evidence in their lives. In fact, about 65% of Americans identify as Christian. In reality, about 9% live a Bible-based lifestyle. It amazes me how so many profess Christ, yet in their everyday lives speak of the world. It’s unfortunate that out of the 65% calling themselves believers, only a few really live it. Which reminds me of Matthew 22:14, Jesus said, “Many are called, few are chosen.”

Back in 2020, I joined a women’s ministry my mother founded called Jars of Clay Women’s Ministry. And for 5 years, I helped develop the ministry, create blogs, and even co-wrote a book. Through the years, the Lord was preparing me to step into the role of a worship leader and pastor. In October 2025, I began the journey the Lord had called me to and made the difficult decision to step down from my role as vice president of the women’s ministry. It was not an easy one to make. Though I have stepped down, my support for her ministry remains.

This year, I have begun a new journey of writing, traveling to preach the word, and teaching women who they are and the authority they carry. Continue to be a worship leader and a teacher. Though one day, Lord willing, I will step into the role of a music pastor. In my season of waiting, I will serve where the Lord sends me.

I’m creating a place where Faith can flourish, questions can be answered, and those who may need an encouraging word or prayer can be reached. I want to be part of the few. I want to live my life honoring God and bringing Him glory. And in doing so, I want to go where the Lord leads. With that being said, I am dedicating this space to Him. Allowing the Holy Spirit to speak through me. I’m asking the Lord that those who need a reminder, confirmation, or direction find it here.

I aspire to write about the everyday faith that sustains us and the profound faith that emerges from our deepest valleys. Have a question? reach out. If I don’t know the answer, let’s find out together. Do you know of an event looking for a guest speaker or hosting one? I would love to get the opportunity to speak. I would like to consider this space as a resume of sorts, a place where you can see my heart at a glance.

My heart is to sing, teach, and be a light in a very dark world. Just as the Lord has commanded us to make disciples. I’m following His command. I had to start with surrendering everything to Him, all of my burdens, fears, and worries. I have to continuously leave it at the cross.

I am just a vessel, letting the fragrance of Faith tell others of who I belong to. A tree planted by a stream, allowing the living waters quench my thirst.

“for it is God who is at work in you, both to desire and to work for His good pleasure.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭13‬
