Pastor Luz M. Irizarry is the founder and president of Fragrance of Faith Ministries. Her passion is to teach God’s Word with clarity, compassion, and conviction while helping believers develop a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
She has dedicated her ministry to equipping the Body of Christ through biblical teaching, discipleship, prayer, and encouragement. Her heart is to see lives transformed by the power of God’s Word and the work of the Holy Spirit.
Whether ministering to a small church or a large conference, Pastor Luz believes every opportunity to share the Gospel is an invitation to point people toward Christ.
Please know that I understand every ministry has a different budget. If the suggested honorarium would make it difficult to issue an invitation, I welcome an honest conversation about what is workable for your event.
Suggested honorarium
These amounts reflect preparation, travel time, and participation. They are guidelines rather than a barrier to ministry.
Local gathering
$150–$500
One teaching or keynote session, within reasonable driving distance.
Retreat or conference
$500–$1,500
Multiple sessions, extended preparation, or a full-day / weekend event.
Custom invitation
Let’s discuss
Panels, preaching, virtual events, workshops, or specialized formats.
The final amount is confirmed in writing after we discuss the event’s scope, schedule, and budget.
Travel & hospitality
In addition to the honorarium, hosts are kindly asked to cover necessary event-related expenses:
- Mileage for driving, or airfare for longer-distance events
- Hotel accommodations when an overnight stay is needed
- Ground transportation, parking, and baggage fees when applicable
- Meals during travel and the event

How to invite me
- Send an inquiry with your event date, location, format, and theme.
- We will talk through availability, message needs, honorarium, and travel arrangements.
- Once details are agreed upon, I’ll send a simple written confirmation.
- Please provide the final schedule, venue information, and event contact at least two weeks before the event when possible.
